ANCC has developed a systematic, comprehensive and elaborated Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) and policies, mentioning the clear roles, responsibilities, functions, criteria and approaches for smooth running of the organization. It includes comprehensive HR Policy, Financial Policy, Security Management Policy, M&E Policy, Procurement Policy, and Training and Development Policy. Employee Handbook for the organizational staff is under process.
