Intervention Strategy

ANCC strategy is to focus on marginalized and economically deprived segments of societies to alleviate poverty (with a special focus on destitute, minorities, returnees, women and children), and increase the capacity of local governmental bodies and community development councils to work for the enormous development of their communities on a self-help and effective participatory basis.
ANCC strongly believes in community participation as a key factor in the rural development and is committed towards the well being of the communities surrounded by multiple social, financial and educational problems. It believes in the uplift of communities through their own strengths and linkages with relevant departments. Community mobilization and close coordination with line agencies, including local, district, & provincial level is an integral part of ANCC strategy before and during the project activities. ANCC has strong relations with local community elders. Shura's an influential personality of target areas, which ensure successful implementation of developmental projects in an efficient and cost effective manner.
