Financial Management
ANCC aims to provide an accurate and transparent view of its financial system adopted for its day to day accounting work. The key principles on which ANCC Financial Management is based are:
Organisation Funds
Organisational funds belong to the ANCC. They cannot be used for private purposes, including grant or loan.
Funds are used carefully used in an effective manner in the best interests of the organisation.
All Board, Staff and members are responsible for the careful and honest use of funds.
Funds granted to ANCC for a specific purpose are used for that purpose.
Collective Accountability
All Board members and staff of ANCC have a collective (shared) responsibility for the financial health of the organisation.
Transparency
All financial documents and reports are available to the management and all staff members with financial duties.
Annual accounts are maintained and are available to the management.
Accounts are Audited on a regular basis.
All projects related financial documents are maintained for the period of three years after the completion of the project and are available to donors.
